ANCHOR 30

Climb, break, take the section

A counting game, built as a tower, for two. You take turns climbing a tower of 24 to 36 floors. Press to aim, release to jump — that is the whole of the control.

Jump, or break. The hammer carries five ledges.

Halfway anchor, then the summit. First to arrive takes it.

How it plays

One to three ledges a turn

A missed landing is not a lost turn: the safety belt catches you and you climb a floor anyway. Nobody ever stalls, and the tower always gets shorter.

The hammer reaches five

Break a ledge out of the tower. Drop the one your opponent was about to land on and you have taken their turn away. One hammer per section.

Two halves, two goals

The lower half ends at the halfway anchor, the upper at the summit. The height changes every match, so an odd tower gives the halves different lengths.
